Ebogo Tourist Site

Ebogo is a tourist destination located 45 km from Yaounde, Cameroon, along the Nyong River. This site, developed in 1996 in collaboration with the World Tourism Organization, attracts about 3,000 visitors per year thanks to its natural beauty and varied activities.

Visitors can enjoy canoe rides, with several options ranging from one to two hours, to explore sites such as a majestic tree and a fruit bat cave. A bar and restaurant offers local dishes, and comfortable accommodation is available for those who wish to extend their stay. Other activities include forest treks, fishing, and bird watching. Ebogo also offers excursions to nearby sites such as the Bilik Baobab and the Akomvie Caves.
