Nkolandom Tourist Center

The Nkolandom Tourist Center (CTN) is a true gem nestled in the lush forest of Southern Cameroon. This heavenly place offers an ideal getaway for anyone looking to escape the stress of everyday life and reconnect with nature. In Boulou, “Nkolandom” means “the mountain of elegance”, a name perfectly suited to this site that harmoniously combines modernity and tradition.

Visitors are greeted by a friendly guide, who transports them through the history and beauty of the place. The center, surrounded by wooded mountains, offers comfortable accommodation with 47 rooms built with local materials, reflecting the authenticity and elegance of the natural setting. The CTN restaurant offers a variety of cuisine, ranging from Cameroonian dishes to European and Latin American specialties, in a large picturesque room that can accommodate more than 300 guests.

Among the wonders of the site, the prehistoric and spiritual caves captivate visitors, as do the majestic granite rocks stacked like dolmens, witnesses of a distant era. The CTN Museum of Black Arts is another major attraction, housing treasures of African heritage, while visitors can also indulge in activities such as fishing in the fish ponds, canoe rides on the lake or climbing on the surrounding hills.

Nkolandom is a place where history, culture and nature meet to offer an unforgettable experience, a true return to the sources in a setting that is both ancestral and modern.
